Where we fly today.
A timeline of milestones since FlyAcorn first took off.
FlyAcorn gets founded by AcornPlayzRoblox (Thats me but my name is WildAcorn13 now lol). We started out flying from Oceanside, FL. We used a Dornier 328 for these routes.
We moved our operations to Acorn Hill, OR and started flying from there to Oceanside, FL. We used an Airbus A319 for this route, which had an emergency landing (see it here). Sadly it got written off after that, so we switched to a Dornier 328 instead.
We added a route between South Rock, CA and North Rock, CA, which are 2 small islands off the coast of Los Angeles. It was a small commuter service which we ran using the same Dornier 328.
Acornbus Industries built us the Acornbus 100, made specifically for FlyAcorn! Our very own aircraft, just unique to us.
We then moved to Westfield, OR. This was a mountainous region with a ton of snow, so it was a big change from our old routes. From there we connected a bunch of small cities around the region using the Acornbus 100.
We made FlyAcorn Rockets, which sends passengers to outer space!! Probably the coolest thing we ever did tbh
Throughout fall 2019 we added the Bombardier Q400. It served the mountain routes.
FlyAcorn adds FlyAcorn Executive, offering private jet flights across North America.
We set up a new hub in Clearwater, OR and started flying to North Rock, CA and Oceanside, FL (home of the world-famous Oceanside Speedway). We also took delivery of new Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft.
We started flying from Stayton, OR out to 2 spots in Alaska. Thats where we're at right now!
